6. 12 Steps Umbrella production process 

1、Open cloth: Roughly cutting fabric using machine

2、Edge pulling: The fabric will be pulled after opening (to prevent the umbrella cloth from straying).

3、Small cutting: Cut long strips of fabric into triangular pieces to serve as the umbrella surface.

4、Printing: Using different printing techniques, the content that the customer wants to print is printed on the fabric

5、 Stitching fabrics into canopy:Sew together pieces of umbrella cloth to form an umbrella surface

6、Alignment: The sewn umbrella surface will be inspected with a light box to ensure the accurate position

7、Nail beads: After the surface of the umbrella is completed, workers will install beads on each corner with a special machine.

8、Lathe Umbrella top:Prevent loose line of umbrella surface

9、Sewn umbrella frame:The worker joined the surface of the umbrella to the skeleton by hand

10、Quality Inspection:Quality check the umbrella and dispose of the threads
